3. Your co-signer’s income should be at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Security Deposit :- Security deposit on approved credit score of 700+; Studio: $800, 1B or 1B Den: $1,000, 2B or larger: $1,200. 1 month base rent required for credit score of 650-700. 2 months base rent required for international students.
