1. The tenant must pay a £300 (non-refundable) holding fee at the time of booking.
2. The holding fee will be forfeited if the contract is not signed within 5 working days.

1. The security deposit is 4 weeks of rent. This is roughly 1 month’s rent.

2. This will be returned after the tenant's check-out barring any damage to the unit.

You must have a UK guarantor to book this property. In case you do not have UK guarantor you need to pay upfront payment for your entire stay.

Cancellation Policies

If you wish to end your contract early, you are required to provide the property with 1 month's notice in advance and will be responsible for paying an early termination fee.
